AGENDA POLICY
All submissions to the Planning Commission are required to be in the Township office at least 30 days prior to the meeting. All submissions must include 16 sets of plans, planning commission submission fee, escrow fee, completed SALDO application form.
SUBDIVISION AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
All applications for lot line adjustment, land development plans, site plans, minor and major subdivision must be submitted to the Township office and must include the following materials: 16 sets of plans, escrow agreement, a completed SALDO application, and the appropriate fees.

The Open Space Plan is "designed to help the township and the residents begin the process of preserving the township's outstanding natural features by focusing its effort on the properties that contain the features that the community feels provide Lower Mount Bethel Township with its special sense of place."
